Norfolk Island is the perfect escape from a demanding world; you’ll feel the relaxed vibe the moment you step off the plane.

Day 1 - Breathe in and Dive in

Morning - Rise early for a morning walk through the national park along the Bridle Track to the Captain Cook Monument and Lookout. Afterwards you will be ready for a hearty healthy breakfast at the Olive Cafe. 

Afternoon - Enjoy a swim or snorkel in the clear waters of Emily Bay Lagoon. Bring a picnic hamper of local treats to enjoy on the golden sands.

Evening - Sunset meditation at Puppy’s Point clifftop followed by dinner at the popular Bounty Bar & Grill, famous for their local beef and fish dishes.

Day 2 - Nourish and explore

Morning - Salute the new day with a sunrise yoga and meditation session at Emily Bay. Then, make tracks to the Golden Orb Cafe for a wellness breakfast made from organic produce.

Afternoon - Join a guided electric bike ride to take in the island’s sights, or just lay back and reward yourself with pampering at Serenity Day Spa and Beauty.

Evening - Dine at the exquisite Homestead Restaurant for a genuine paddock-to-plate experience. Take a walk after dinner, look up and gaze at the clear starry skies.

Day 3 - Unwind 

Morning - Rise and shine early and walk to the top of Mount Pitt.  Enjoy the 360° view of the island, you’ll feel like you are on top of the world!  Call into Prinke, the Eco-friendly shop and cafe for coffee and a healthy snack.

Afternoon - Rest at your holiday cottage, breathe in the fresh air and take in the views. Or, work out those knots and niggles with a hot rock massage at Island Skin & Beauty.

Evening - Enjoy a sunset drink and delicious platters at the Puppies Point Sunset Bar; whilst relaxing to the live music as the sun dips beyond the horizon.

Stay for 7-days 

There are SO many ways to unwind and relax on Norfolk Island, so why not stay longer? 

Pick a quiet spot for meditation or to read your favourite book. Visit the Sunday art and craft markets and meet the chilled-out makers. Spread out a blanket on the grass and gaze up at the night skies (Norfolk Island is a Gold level Dark Sky Town). Feed the baby goats at Hilli Goat farm and pick up some goat milk soaps and wellness products to take home. Take a guided garden tour. Simply breathe in the fresh sea air and listen to the South Pacific wind in the pine trees.
