CANCELLATIONS: Should you or any member of your travelling party be forced to cancel you must notify us in writing. Cancellation penalties are as follows: If you cancel your booking more than 60 days before arrival, a penalty equal to two nights tariff is payable. No refund is provided for cancellations less than 60 days before arrival. Due to Norfolk location and limited flight capacity, the ability for us to resell is very restricted and as a result cancellation penalties must be enforced. No refund if guests fail to arrive due to their flights being delayed or cancelled. These expenses are to be recovered by the guest Travel Insurance. TRAVEL INSURANCE is strongly recommended.
AMENDMENT FEE. Amendments requested by you to a confirmed booking more than 60 days before departure may incur an amendment processing fee that will be a minimum of $50 per amendment subject to availability. Amendments inside 60 days are not permitted, the full cancellation non-refundable penalty applies.
