Norfolk Island Brewing is proud to be the island’s only craft brewery, established in 2019, and pouring since July 2020. Located at the Castaway Hotel, it offers a sunny deck, cosy fireplace, and locally brewed beers and cider on tap. Choose from a Golden Ale, Amber Ale, Pale Ale, Lager or a seasonal Local Guava Cider – all hand-crafted on site in small batches.
Enjoy a cold pint with a woodfired pizza or a cheese platter, then grab a takeaway growler for your sunset session tomorrow. You’ll also find Norfolk Island Brewing pours at the Castaway Bar and Norfolk Island Golf Club.
Born from the simple question, “Is there a local beer?”, the brewery has grown from a backyard dream to an award-winning operation, taking home medals at the IBA Indies in both 2021 and 2022.
