The local proprietors, Kylie & Michael Sterling were both born on the Island with Kylie being a direct descendant of John Adams from the famous Mutiny on the Bounty. The name Broad Leaf Villas is a reflection of the natural garden setting with an emphasis on the endemic broad leaf Meryta.

15 days or less prior to arrival - 100% of tariff for booking
30 days or less prior to arrival - 50% of tariff for booking
All bookings and cancellations must be acknowledged in writing
If travel is restricted due to COVID border closures - we can change dates and hold the booking for a 12 month period.
