Norfolk Island National Park, with the Australian Islands Alliance and the Norfolk Island Flora and Fauna Society, is hosting the Island Arks Symposium IX from 30 November to 2 December 2026.

The Island Arks Symposia are held biennially to foster collaboration among practitioners and custodians dedicated to protecting island ecosystems across Australia and beyond.

Through open knowledge exchange and partnership building, the symposia strengthen networks, build shared strategies, and drive together tangible conservation outcomes across island landscapes.
